Good grief! Maybe I should have started all of my seeds in recycled TP and paper towel cardboard rolls. Those are going to be some amazing sugar pumpkins. Now I'm excited to see how these guys turn out.
I bet this is going to be good. :)
Right now all of the plants are being acclimated to outdoor weather. I know that may sound a bit funny but if you want your started seeds to do well then you have to get them used to being outside. Seedlings in a nut shell are weenies when they first start out. Mine go outside every day, all day for a week then stay outside all the time the following week. Tomorrow will be their first "overnighter." Then they will be ready to be planted the following weekend.
Which unfortunately for me means I have a LOT of work to do this coming week. I have more raised beds to build at night then I'll need to get the dirt and mulch to fill them. YIKES! Sounds like a lot of work to me.
Oh, and coop 1.0 is in limbo for the moment. I have the measurements and the wood, I just have to get the time to cut it and get it put together.
But for right now, I'm enjoying the surprise from the pumpkins and am not letting any of the to do list rain on my parade today. :)
I'm just amazed at how fast those suckers came up.
Happy Friday my friends!
